WHO WE ARE
With over 11 years of experience in fitness, mentoring, physical preparation for competition and nutrition, with the purpose of transforming bodies and, consequently, lives. Through a structured planning of training routines and eating routines, I make the necessary adjustments as your body evolves.
My role is to show the way, present solutions and make the necessary adjustments in that same planning.
I am responsible for more than 10,000 body changes! I always try to raise the bar for the challenge, helping each individual to achieve the balance between body, mind and soul. We are spiritual beings living in a physical body, let us try to use it to the fullest of its potential. Are you ready?
